The annual Cook Community Awards provides an opportunity for people to be recognised for their contribution and selfless service in the local community. Volunteers actively involved in community groups, those who are working to better the environment in which we live or those who are simply “giving back” are eligible for a Cook Award. I invite members of organisations within our local community to nominate a person you know who is helping those less fortunate or who is contributing to the great place in which we live.
Details of this year’s ceremony arrangements on 2 December 2023 will be advised to successful nominations directly.
The most outstanding applicant will receive the Cook Community Medal.

Please note, all nominees must reside in the Cook Electorate (click here for the Cook electorate map), and we can only accept one nomination per organisation.
