Jodie and Dan Brett are from Caringbah South in The Shire and came to see me today in Canberra to share their story about living with Chronic Kidney Disease.
They have a simple and important message about what you need to do catch it early, as Dan has been able to do. They are a great young couple, working hard and raising their family in the Shire. By catching it early and staying on top of it they are able to get on and enjoy life.
